    We are looking for an HR Operations Manager to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor Internal HR systems and databases
    • Keep abreast of HR legal Compliance. Responsible for statutory documentation and audits to ensure compliance with country specific and global norms
    • Manage confidential files
    • Process organizational changes in the system
    • Respond to inquiries internal and external – VOE / EDD
    • Partner with the Global HR team in process improvement
    • Timely submission of global custom and standard reports on periodic basis & continuously improving report formats and analysis of HR data for better decision making
    • Ensuring error free and timely governance of HR document management like offer letters, induction formats, joining documents, employee file completion
    • Ensuring smooth exit management with strict controls, documentation and clear communication ensuring a smooth experience for the employee
    • Perform / Manage audits
    • Management of data validation
    • Support onboarding activities and conduct new employee orientation (NHO)
    • Part of the People Operations team, first point of contact for a variety of operational activities; managing and ensuring data integrity, timely execution and response to the various internal and client constituents

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors or master’s degree / post-graduation degree in Behavioral Sciences or Liberal Arts
    • 5+ year’s relevant experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft office and HRIS
    • Proactive in ensuring HR programs and processes are maintained, improved and audited
