    Job Description

    As the Financial Analyst, you’ll have an emphasis on forecasting, analyzing current performance and conducting prospective economic analysis of business initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will help build a best in class, scalable finance function to support the rapid growth of the business.  This is an incredible opportunity to join a highly motivated, fun team poised for success.


    • Maintain the team’s forecast and reporting system (Hyperion)
    • Support monthly budget/forecast process
    • Track, report and prepare Sales Commission accrual and payout
    • Help drive executive presentations for all financial-related inputs
    • Partner with Budget Owners team for purchasing requests and gl coding of invoices
    • Support spend analysis
    • Provide supporting schedules for Corp accounting
    • Efficiently deliver Ad Hoc analysis, reporting, and projects on request


    • BS/BA in Finance or Accounting with 0-2 years of experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling skill is required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills required to work on a wide range of initiatives
    • Good understanding of Financial concepts and general understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
    • Basic understanding of/or skills with financial planning & reporting systems. Hyperion/Oracle experience is a plus.
    • Data mining and database management skills helpful.
