    Job Description

    As the Financial Analyst, you’ll have an emphasis on forecasting, analyzing current performance and conducting prospective economic analysis of business initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will help build a best in class, scalable finance function to support the rapid growth of the business.  This is an incredible opportunity to join a highly motivated, fun team poised for success.



    • Support Business Finance activities including budgeting/forecast process, day-to-day financial analysis, routine communication relating to issues and deliverables.
    • Budget and track revenue generating project spend
    • Work with Accounting team to manage Order to Cash process
    • Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.
    • Business analytics focused on process development and process improvement projects
    • Develop standardized dash board reports across all business divisions.
    • Participate in special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
    • Cross train as back-ups for other staff



    • 2-5 years of relevant finance experience
    • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
    • Excellent and proactive communicator
    • Ability to create and explain complex financial models using Excel
    • Demonstrated understanding of financial modeling and understanding of GAAP
    • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint and Hyperion
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, and high-growth environment
    • Positive attitude, detail-oriented and highly organized.
