    Information Security

    • Develop strategies and architecture of security infrastructure, policies, and to reduce cyber and other security risks to the company based on the latest threats, laws, & regulations
    • Program manage initiatives to improve company security posture, protecting company assets, reduce security risks, and meet security requirements from customers while balancing expenses and worker productivity
    • Work closely with and provide technical expertise to the Compliance and engineering teams in the implementation, certification, and maintenance of various compliance standards including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.
    • Review contracts for security terms and perform security assessments on new vendors
    • Perform risk assessments and provide workarounds/mitigations in solutions, projects, policy exceptions, etc.
    • Establish key performance indicators and metrics for the vulnerability management, incident response, security awareness training, and other security processes
    • Lead security awareness training efforts



    • Communicate and provide updates to Board of Directors and senior executives
    • Perform annual security program planning
    • Develop effective vulnerability management processes for global hybrid cloud infrastructure
    • Interface with customers and providers for audit requirements and pre and post-sales activities
    • Continuously enhance Security Operations Center (SOC) in India for on-premise and cloud infrastructure, monitoring corporate and customer environments
    • Handle customer security inquiries and questionnaires
    • Lead incident response and forensic activities worldwide
    • Evaluate security vendors and solutions
    • Review and approve firewall and other security changes



    • A passion for information security and fostering security awareness in those around you
    • Several years of proven technical leadership of IT security analysts
    • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering or related field of study preferred
    • Experienced in forensics and data loss prevention practices
    • Experienced with configuration and running of Nessus, Qualys, and/or other similar tools in an enterprise environment
    • Familiar SaaS and public cloud vendors such
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with discussing and presenting risks, cybersecurity and compliance to the Board of Directors and senior executives
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Strong project management and program management skills
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate travel and working across time zones
