  • Overview

    Rambus is looking for a Director of Talent Management & Organization Development to develop and drive our organization-wide initiatives. This person will lead the design, development and implementation of employee, leadership and organizational development initiatives in a wide variety of areas including, but not limited to: employee onboarding; performance management; succession planning; leadership development; management development; engagement surveys; coaching and mentoring programs.



    • Help the company define our set of values
    • Organize and oversee Leadership and Management development
    • Drive the Performance Management process
    • Develop employee retention programs and team-building activities
    • Build succession planning
    • Create career development programs
    • Envision and develop an integrated  and comprehensive Onboarding program
    • Manage and deploy network of coaches and OD consultants
    • Develop a mentoring program
    • Architect our training program
    • Evaluate LMS tool
    • Develop & Implement Diversity & Inclusion programs



    • 10+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated depth in talent management and organizational development ideally within the technology industry
    • Experience leading succession and talent mapping processes end to end.
    • Experience developing and delivering training content, preferably in a remote environment
    • Proven analytical capabilities with the ability to model talent data in excel
    • Demonstrated ability to build and improve talent programs across multiple geographies.
    • Demonstrated enthusiasm for building productive relationships with key stakeholders and leadership.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience with LMS
    • Able to think strategically while be operationally strong and willing to perform “hands on” role in the development and implementation of employee and leadership development programs.
    • Exhibits strong analytical and problem solving ability including the ability develop innovative solutions to employee and leadership development needs.
    • Exhibits strong understanding of adult learning methodologies.
    • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong facilitation and presentation skills.
    • Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
    • Exhibits strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills.
