    As Rambus’ Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will have an innovative, entrepreneurial approach as well as the talent to rapidly grow with the business. You will be a collaborative, dynamic leader who will establish and drive best in class recruiting strategies across our company. This position is based in Sunnyvale, California.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and implement global and domestic staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and speed of hires and a strong client management culture.
    • Develop and drive employment initiatives and articulate a branding strategy for Rambus to become an employer of choice.
    • Develop and establish key performance metrics for the TA function, track and report it for the goal of creating a world-class high-performing TA organization.
    • Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion programs pertaining to TA.
    • Manage and inspire a talent acquisition team to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the staffing strategy, updating the staffing status and ensuring tight alignment with the business plans.
    • Oversee, integrate and revamp as necessary Domestic and Global contingent workforce solutions process.
    • Assist in developing and implementing seamless integrations of the Talent Acquisition process in new and upcoming M&A’s as Rambus continues to grow.
    • Oversee, integrate and scale as necessary, Global Mobility Workforce including global and domestic immigration and relocation processes.

    Qualifications

     

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 10 years of staffing experience in an executive search firm, recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team including the execution of talent searches.
    • 10 years of experience in internal recruiting or HR experience with demonstrated success in building out, leading or managing teams of high-performing individuals.
    • 3+ years’ experience in global high technology recruiting.
    • Expertise in managing high volume contingent workforce providers.
    • Proven track record of developing technical recruiting professionals at all levels and within all business units.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.
    • Adept at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
    • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships; an ability to identify and galvanize this complex web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities.
    • Previous successful expertise in implementing seamless global recruiting, contingent workforce and planning and global mobility programs.
