    Responsibilities

    The Training and Documentation team is responsible for the transfer of knowledge to customers, partners and employees through training and documentation about the installation, use, maintenance, and configuration of Rambus payment solutions. The team keeps the training programs and technical documentation up to date. Trainings typically have  generic  and a project-specific parts.

    We are looking for a talented and intellectually curious technical writer / trainer for our team. The successful candidate will be able to apply both intuitive and analytical thinking and quickly understand complex software and be able to visualize the big picture.

    Like the other team members, you will write technical documentation for end users and partners and you will create the training content in coordination with the target groups.  You will deliver the trainings in-house or on-site, which requires travelling abroad. Video conference sessions may replace one-day on-site trainings.

     

    Responsibilities

    Write and maintain technical customer-facing documentation and online help
    • Train customers, partners and Rambus employees on our solutions
    • Create and maintain training materials (presentations, exercise booklets, VM environments)
    • Respond to a wide variety of technical queries
    • Create e-learning content about our solutions

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Significant experience in writing technical documentation, preferably for enterprise software products
    • Experience creating and delivering technical training
    • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and make these understandable for different audiences
    • Very good power of observation and attention to detail
    • Great team-player and communicator combined with the ability to work autonomously
    • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively

     

    Additional

    • Experience in documenting software APIs and SDKs for a technical audience
    • Knowledge of Mobile technology, Payment industry and Cryptography
    • Eye for graphics and layout
    • Experience working in an Agile environment
