    The primary activity will be to provide technical direction to projects in ASIC development. Often participate in the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits. He will be responsible for providing and executing plans for layout projects including resources and tool requirements. Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Prepares and presents reports outlining the status and come up with actions necessary to achieve desired results. Supports developing layout personnel.

    The successful candidate will also support developing, deploying, and supporting analog and physical design, methodologies and flows associated with the design of high speed mixed-signal ICs field.





     Methods Support:

    • Develop and support teams working on nanometric CMOS physical design flows
    • Drive the develop and maintain of Mixed Signal physical design methodologies
    • Evolve and Support the Schematic/RTL 2 GDSII flow
    • Develop and Maintain Technology environment, std cell and custom IP libraries
    • Support physical verification environment



    • Engineering Management or Engineering Leadership Roles
    • Familiar with Layout Editors, Schematic and CAD Tools for nanometric Technologies
    • Preferred candidate has experience on FinFET Technologies
    • Knowledge of high speed analog design fundamentals
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated, excellent attention to detail, strong problem solving and presentation skills.
    • Highly motivated and committed to success of design teams and projects
    • Preferred candidate has MASc or BASc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
    • Preferred candidate has experience on Cadece, SKILL programming, Mentor Calibre DRC/LVS
