Rambus is looking for a proven leader to join as our Global Head of Total Rewards. We are looking for a super smart, out of the box thinker, who is eager to make a difference and shape the TR department and the company at large. Reporting to our Senior Vice President of Human Resources, this leader will drive Rambus’ success through shaping the company’s compensation and benefits strategies. Quantitative rigor, business mindset, and strong communication skills are critical to this role. We are seeking a designer at heart who can also implement total rewards programs that will attract and retain world class talent to Rambus. The Global Head of Total Rewards will coach and develop a small team of C&B professionals, and engage, hands-on, to get things done.
