  • Overview

    This product engineer will join a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team which will enable the ATE test develop for products in our memory and interface division. The test solutions will target a Verigy 93K platform. This engineer will collaborate within a cross-functional team and be responsible for creating the Production Wafer-Sort and Final-test solution for digital interfaces. Candidates for this senior level position must be capable of working independently, define technical direction, be self-motivated and a collaborative team player.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the tester to perform device bring up and debug
    • Collect & analyze characterization data
    • Work with vendors to develop load-boards & probe card for ATE platform in production
    • Develop test equipment strategies with the Test Engineering team to ensure product performance during all phases of product life cycles
    • Perform Yield analysis/improvement, debug activities, Test time reduction, cost/margin improvements, statistical analysis and proactively identify potential problems in data collection
    • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues
    • Identify performance bottlenecks throughout the system and make recommendations towards their elimination 

    Qualifications

    • BSEE required, MSEE preferred
    • 3-5+ years experience with high-speed testers (preferably Verigy 93K HSM)
    • Strong programming background (C, C++, PERL)
    • Knowledge of DFT (scan, IDDQ, JTAG) and analog test methodologies
    • Works in both Linux and Windows environments
    • Familiarity with lab instruments like Oscilloscopes and TDR
    • Knowledge of memory interfaces (e.g. DDRx, GDDRx, LPDDRx, XDR) is a plus
    • Good communicator and team player
    • Good planning/organizational skills and demonstrates analytical thinking
    • Hands-on experience in creating and implementing automated test solutions
    • Strong hardware design and troubleshooting skills in analog and digital electronics
    • Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
