Overview

We need a high energy Product Marketing Manager to drive our high-speed networking product portfolio (400G retimers and Optical PHYs). In this role, you will work with customers and engineering teams to define new products and drive the planning process to successfully deliver new products to the market.

Responsibilities

 

  • Create MRD and drive customer requirements into the product development process
  • Plan roadmap and product portfolio by working with customers, sales and engineering
  • Lead cross functional teams and work across the organization to ensure success
  • Develop proposals for new product investment. Identify areas of focus and investment, perform market/financial analysis and competitive analysis
  • Create product launch plans, including positioning, pricing, customer and sales collateral including product briefs, datasheets, documentation, press releases etc
  • Work with sales force to identify, track and win design opportunities
  • Develop strong customer relationship with strategic networking and hyperscale cloud accounts
  • Manage entire product life cycle, monthly forecasting/revenue etc

Qualifications

 

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Business development of networking semiconductor products. Must have at least one equivalent title of: Product Marketing Manager/Director, or Product Line Manager/Director. New Business development experience is a plus.
  • Must have familiarity with ethernet PHY and optical module markets
  • Must have proven product definition experience with successful products
  • Comprehensive background in semiconductor design necessary to evaluate product tradeoffs for performance, schedule, manufacturing cost, power and total development cost
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor degree in EE or Computer Science required. Masters degree in EE or Computer Science or MBA is a strong plus.
