Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the implementation of the account strategy and plan for key account/s
  • Qualify (Project, Budget, Timeline, Stakeholders) and work with the Rambus CRD sales, FAE, marketing, finance, and legal teams to close contracts.
  • Develop and nurture long term trust relationships with company contacts and executives at the key account/s and OEMs.
  • Understand key account/s and OEMs strategies, organizations, decision-making processes and culture. Educate Rambus accordingly.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of key account/s and OEMs eco-systems. Develop and drive the strategies and plans to leverage these eco-systems.
  • Identify all potential business opportunities for Rambus at key account/s and OEMs and drive Rambus teams to transform those opportunities into bookings and revenues through detailed execution plans
  • Meet key account/s and OEMs development milestones
  • Meet key account/s and OEMs financial targets
  • Sign and manage local Representatives in Europe and Israel

Qualifications

Candidate Education and Experience Requirements

  • BSEE
  • MSEE/MBA is a plus
  • Experience in Semiconductor, ASIC and IP industry
  • Combined Large Corporation and Startup Experience is a plus
  • Recent and successful experience selling to key account/s
  • 15+ years experience in Sales and Marketing of high value complex technical solutions to large corporate accounts
  • 5+ years of successful experience as a key account/s and OEMs Account Director or Marketing Director
  • Semiconductor, IP or EDA industry

  • Must have a strong business and technical relationship network at key account/s and OEMs that can be leveraged immediately
  • Must have proven experience in identifying opportunities and leveraging cross-functional teams to transform these opportunities into business.
