Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Design Verification Senior Manager to join our PCIe Express IP Products team in Bangaluru, India. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day personnel and technical management of a pre-silicon RTL Verification team related to PCIe Controller and related technologies. This is a Full Time position, reporting in thru to the BU Verification director & management.

Duties in this position will include:

• Hands-on technical oversight and quality management of team design verification activities.
• Test planning, schedule development, task assignments, and issue tracking.
• Weekly report-out to linked project teams on progress, issues plans.
• Developing hands on technical contributor capabilities on the controller IP, assisting junior team members in debug and analysis
• Identifying and establishing plans for EDA and verification methodology improvements
• Personally executing EDA tool reports and coverage analysis, and making plans within eam for achieving improved results

• Bachelors Degree or above in EE/CS, minimum 10-15 years experience with HDL logic Design-Verification
• System Verilog / UVM testbench, Verilog/System Verilog logic design/RTL fluency a must
• Existing demonstrated experience as technical team leader, project management, and explicit personnel management of salaried non contract team members
• Pre-existing Experience / familiarity with one or more advanced peripheral controller protocols required. Specifically PCI-Express controller and protocol a strong desire
• Working experience with project scheduling tools/processes, defect management/tracking systems, and developing indicators
