Overview

Rambus, a leading chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking a Strategic Programs Intern to join our Global Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world projects, exposure to innovative processes, and the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

· Support multiple key projects focused on scalability, cross-functional communication, or process improvement.

· Track project milestones, update status reports, and help maintain operational platforms.

· Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Ops KPI), organizing data for reports, and learning Power BI and SharePoint.

· Gather workflow feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend meetings, and communicate progress to mentors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

· Interest in project management, data analysis, and process improvement.

· Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other data tools.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Initiative and curiosity to learn and seek feedback.

· Experience with Microsoft tools (Lists, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.

The US hourly range for this Internship position is $25.80 to $46.00. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level and location.  The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
