Overview

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider making data faster and safer, is seeking to hire an exceptional SMTS IT Applications Engineering to join our IT Applications team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be working with some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world developing products that make data faster and safer.

 

As a SMTS IT Applications Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in (He /She will own all the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com instance using Lightning Components, LWC, JS, HTML, CSS, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual Force pages, REST API’s).  In this full role, you’ll report directly to our Sr manager Information Technology. Our IT Applications  is dedicated to The IT Applications team is responsible for using Technology to improve Business performance and strategy, and your contributions will be instrumental in supporting ongoing sales cloud and customer support projects .

 

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for most office-based roles. Employees are encouraged to spend an average of at least three days per week onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in SFDC development using Lightning Components, LWC, JS, HTML, CSS, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual Force pages, REST API’s.
  • Experience in Administration, Configuration, Customization, Implementation and Support of Salesforce applications/customizations based on LC, LWC, Apex and Visual Force Languages
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality and AppExchange Apps based on evolving business needs.
  • Must possess an extensive expertise in salesforce Sales cloud and full sales life cycle [lead to opportunity and to quotes].
  • Stay up to date on SFDC capabilities and releases and identify what would be good fit for the application and organization
  • Work directly with other consultants/ Developers to support and drive larger (more complex) projects
  • Experience in CPQ implementation/ Revenue cloud is an added value

Qualifications

  • Must possess the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Developer II credentials
  • Should have 5-7 years of Salesforce.com extensive development & Integration experience in complex environments
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce Lightning Components [Aura].
  • Hands-on integration and webservices experience using REST / SOAP API’s
