The Role: 

As Sr Business Operations Analyst for Rambus Silicon IP Business Unit, you will be responsible of the Business Operations back-office activities like processing the Purchase Orders and Booking Forms, managing the Maintenance and Support renewal for the Rambus Security, MCG and Hardent product lines. You will collaborate with the Marketing and Operations, Product Management, Sales, Accounting Teams, oversee day-to-day deals actions in a fast-paced environment to achieve key business and financial objectives for Silicon IP Business Unit. 

The Person: 

The ideal candidate has a Sales Operations role for a broad range of Silicon IP contracts, with emphasis on outbound licensing revenue contracts. The focus of this position will be on Rambus Silicon IP order management from Purchase Orders to deliveries including Maintenance and Support renewal for Digital IP License deals.  

 

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Closely follow up Opportunity advancement to anticipate Closing (customer’s account, credit, product code, SKU, contracts details) 
  • Process Purchase Orders (check PO Vs Opportunity in SFDC & Contracts details, booking, delivery, payment status, support, access & log in issues) 
  • Sales for legacy stuff and few selected accounts 
  • Re-Hosting (required by customers who change their MAC ID, negotiation with customer to sell a source code license (to replace their previous encrypted license & be autonomous) 
  • Maintenance renewals (Track Maintenances expiring, send notification to customers, issue quote upon request and process the PO upon receipt as for other deals) 
  • Coordinate with Shipping department & Generate shipping docs for CD shipment. 
  • Management of Evaluation requests 
  • Generation of Click & Sign Agreements + archiving. 
  • Finding copies of various agreements for Sales, Support or Marketing 
  • Create & Update products in SFDC according to pricing 
  • Assist Sales Team in daily work (Questions on process, SFDC, deals, Account, etc) 
  • Assist Support Team in daily work: finding info on licenses 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in Sales Operations position  
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce.com 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  
  • A team player and ability to work independently. 
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage deadlines 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service 
  • Negotiation skills 

 

Academic Credentials: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred   
  • Experience 2 years minimum (Preferred)

The US salary range for this full-time position is $71,300.00 to $132,200.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
